Spanning over a highland, measuring about 11,000 Square Meters, the site was developed on a fresh piece of land as a green field project. Well planned buildings are constructed on a land area of approximately 2,500 square meters. The full Site comprises of the following modules:
- Production Building

The Production Building has a plinth area of 800 Square Meters and houses the Oral Tablet, Liquid and Powder Production, Packaging & Quality Control Facility.
The Production Building Layout is designed and constructed as per cGMP with separate access for Production, Packaging & Technical Areas. The Clean Rooms are designed with Central HVAC & Hygienic piping networks for Potable Water, Purified Water Loop, Drain and Dedicated Collection network for effluents. The entry/exit of Personnel & Materials are separated and clearly designated.
- Ware House

The total area of the Warehouse is about 600 Square Meters and with clear height of 6.5+ Meter, the Gross Storage Volume is about 4,000 Cubic Meters. The entire area is segregated for Raw Material, Raw Material (Temperature Controlled), Packaging Materials, Finished Goods, Rejected Goods, Dispensing etc. as per the norms of cGMP.
Access to the Warehouse is controlled via a dedicated personnel entry area.
- Loading / Unloading bay

There is a Well Designed Loading / Unloading Bay with facilities for Truck/Lorry Parking. Material Movement is controlled by Double Shutter Door access and well planned quarantined areas.
Loading Unloading Area is situated between the Ware House & Oral Production and connects both with a controlled corridor.
- Sterile Production Area (Future Provision)

A Constructed Area measuring about 500 Square Meter is readily available for future expansion of a Liquid Vial Injectable Production. The area is adjacent to the Ware House with possible direct access to the Store Areas.
- Offices

500 Square Meters of Constructed Floor Space is available on the First Floor for Admin / Accounts etc.
- Guest House

With Floor Area Measuring 250 Square Meters, the Guest House has overnight accommodation (if needed) of 10 people equipped with Modern Amenities.
- Dining Area

The Dining area has a full Seating Capacity of about 80 persons. The Modern Kitchen Serves Meals to all the Workers & Inmates.
- Gate House

A 70 Square Meter Area Houses the offices of the Admin and Security Personnel and controls the entry/exit to the site for Personnel and Materials. Well trained Security Team ensure 24/7 perimeter security.
- Power House

A centralized Power House is developed for managing electrical Power Distribution of the Full Site. There is also a Captive Diesel Power Generation Plant to Cater to the Plant in case external power supply is unavailable.
- Effluent Treatment Plant

An Effluent Treatment Plant is constructed to Teat all the Chemical Waste and Effluent of the Production Area and the neutralized water is consumed by the in-house water body (a big pond). The entire site is designed with self contained concept with minimum impact on the environment.
- Greens & Gardens – The Environmental Concern

Careful Planning was done with high concern about environment. The Plant is designed for minimum waste & effluent resulting lesser impact on the surrounding environment.
A sufficiently large Water Body was created for Rain Water Harvesting with well planned rain water networks.
All of the remaining land area was employed for gardening and tree plantation.
